I read on someones blog recently as they were gussying up some dishtowels a quote that they loved, "Whenever possible, make the ordinary into extraordinary." Here is our attempt at that.
Just wanted to say that I follow the blog and love all that you guys have done. Leah and I (not sure if you'd even remember us) bought our first house in November and have been doing very minor updates when time permits, and we're expecting our first little one in August. I'm not gonna finish all of our plans before Baby Groff gets here, which is kinda stressful, but you guys are my inspiration that it can still be done. Everything looks great, including the door.
The before's and after's of a 1920's farmhouse located outside of Charlotte, NC. We'll be tearing down walls, painting front porches, turning a kitchen into a master bath and a master bedroom into a kitchen. We hope you come back and see how our farmhouse becomes our forever home.
Young 20-somethings, married for 5 years with two kids. Natalie's true loves are God, family and thrift shopping. Adam enjoys woodworking and making sure Natalie doesn't come home with any ceramic dogs and tape cassettes. We have one house flip under our belt and we had so much fun, we decided to do it again. This time, we plan to stick around for a while.
